Olivia P. Noland
Olivia Noland was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While at the university, Olivia competed on the University’s Mock Trial Team, where she served as Team Captain, and subsequently received multiple awards for her outstanding advocacy skills. Olivia also served as the Law School Admissions Test Chair of the University’s Pre-Law Society and was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Upon, dedicating much of her time to raising money for the Fraternity’s philanthropy, breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and research. In addition to her extracurricular activities, Olivia served as a legal intern for in the District Attorney’s Office for Jonathan Perry (now a Superior Court Judge), where she developed close relationships with the other attorneys and staff.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Olivia moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to attend the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (Campbell University School of Law), where she was the recipient of the Cheshire Schneider Advocacy Endowment Scholarship and became a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. In addition to her rigorous class schedule at Campbell Law School, Olivia spent the academic school year serving as the judicial intern for Supervisory Administrative Judge Regina Stephens in the Federal Hearings Sector of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. During this time, Olivia also worked remotely as the legal intern for Allen Stahl + Kilbourne, P.A. (formerly Dungan, Kilbourne & Stahl, P.A.), located in Asheville, North Carolina.
Throughout her summer months in law school, Olivia was given the opportunity to serve as the judicial intern for Buncombe County's Senior Resident Superior Court Judge Alan Thornburg, as well as, Union County’s District Court Judge Stephen Higdon.
After graduating from Campbell Law School and passing the North Carolina Bar Exam, Olivia and her husband, Corey Noland, moved back to Union County to plant roots and begin their legal careers. For the first year of her legal practice, Olivia worked for Allen Stahl + Kilbourne, P.A., handling various business and civil litigation matters in Asheville, North Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina.
In September, 2020, Olivia joined the Lehnhardt Price team and now focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, alimony, equitable distribution, alienation of affection, criminal conversation, domestic violence and other domestic law matters.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, running and cooking.
